Comparatively, when set against its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip 4,  Galaxy z Flip 5 is greatly improved in both functionality and durability, with reference to the hinge. Additionally, the more powerful processor and battery makes the flagship phone hold its own in the Flip class of smartphones.
